Shenzhen was approved to be the

designated host city for theDrone Vision Contest of the both sides across Taiwan Strait, Hong Kong & Macao

On December 29, 2022, the 5th Drone Vision Contest of the both sides across Taiwan Strait, Hong Kong & Macao Competition of 2022 awards ceremony was held in Dapeng, Shenzhen. At the ceremony, Member of the Party Working Committee of Dapeng New District and Deputy Director of the Management Committee Ju Xiaochen delivered a welcome speech, Secretary-General of China Association of Remote Sensing Application Wei Zheng delivered an opening speech, Secretary of the Party Group and Vice President of All-China Federation of Taiwan Compatriots Ji Bin delivered a congratulatory speech, and Director of  Taiwan Affairs Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Propaganda Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and a spokesperson Ma Xiaoguang announced that Shenzhen was designated as the host city for the Drone Vision Contest of the both sides across Taiwan Strait, Hong Kong & Macao.

The Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macao Drone Aerial Photography Competition, since it was first held in Shenzhen in 2017, has been expanding year by year. The number of participating teams are on the increase steadily, and the level of entries has been improving.  It’s now designated as the host city of the Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macau Drone Aerial Photography Competition and it will surely accelerate the further exchanges and cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and Hong Kong and Macao in the fields of science, technology, culture and creativity.
