    On December 29, 2022, the 2022 5th Drone Vision Contest of the Both Sides Across Taiwan Strait , Hong Kong & Macao awards ceremony was held at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Golden Bay. The guests attended the ceremony include Director of the Propaganda Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Central Committee and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, and spokesperson Mr. Ma Xiaoguang, Director of Shenzhen Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office Mr. Zheng Chongyang, Secretary-General of China Association of Remote Sensing Application Mr. Wei Zheng, General Manager and Editor-in-Chief of ChinaTaiwan Mr. Zheng Yuewen, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department and Director of Municipal Government Information Office Ms. Wu Jun, member of the Party Working Committee of Dapeng New District and Deputy Director of the Management Committee Mr. Ju Xiaochen, responsible comrades of relevant departments of different districts and municipalities in Shenzhen, and judges and guests in Shenzhen.

    In total 10 awards including Gold, Silver, Bronze, Best Screenplay, Best Pilot, Best Editing, Best PTZ Person, Campus Aggressive Award, and Internet Popularity Award were awarded on site, Shenzhen Radio and Television Entertainment Center won the gold medal with "Shenzhen Theme Light and Shadow Show-A Brilliant Masterpiece”

    After the award ceremony, the night sky at the scene was transformed into a giant canvas. Focusing on the theme, thousands of drones flied in the patterns of the characters such as "blooming", "both sides of the Taiwan Strait" and "drone" in lights, presenting a stunning visual scene for expert contestants on the scene. 

    The Drone Vision Contest of the Both Sides Across Taiwan Strait , Hong Kong & Macao has been expanding year by year，since it was first held in Shenzhen in 2017. The number of participating teams are on the increase steadily, and the level of entries has been improving. In the representative of the integration of technology and art-drone images, a new idea of cultural integration for cross-strait and Hong Kong-Macao exchanges is provided, a new integration method for the two major industries of drone aerial photography and film and television production is offered, building a new platform for the long-term mutual learning and exchange and creation.

    The dream is started with the 5th Drone Vision Contest of the Both Sides Across Taiwan Strait , Hong Kong & Macao. The future and hope are blazing here.
